Questions about Drunkard Title - Guild Wars Forums

Ok, probably this has been asked before, but the information I was looking for I couldn't find. Please answer if you know. I been thinking of trying to get the drunkard title, but I'm not sure how to drink the different kinds of beverages that exist in GW.

For example.
Flask of firewater,
Eggnog
spiked eggnog
hunter's ale
Aged Hunter's ale
Hard Apple Cider
Shamrock Ale
etc.

My question is.... If I drink one eggnog drink, would that count as 1 point? Have to wait a minute before I drink the next eggnog?. How many minutes do I have to wait between each of these types of drinks.

The concept in itself is complexly simple. There are 5 minute drinks and 1 minute drinks. You only get title minutes when you have achieved lvl 3 drunk. Let me explain. Eggnog, Hunters Ale, Shamrock Ale, etc, are all lvl 1 drinks. That is, they have a duration of 1 minute. Spiked Eggnog, Flask of Firewater, Aged Ale, etc, are lvl 5 drinks, that is, they have a duration of 5 minutes. You ONLY get title pts for the first 3 minutes of a lvl 5 drink, or, to put it simply, lvl 3, 4, and 5 drunk. An eggnog will only get u to lvl 1 drunk, so u will NOT get a title pt. You would need to drink 3 eggnogs to get 1 minute drunk.

The best way to achieve this title is to drink a lvl 5 drink, then 1 lvl 1 drink every minute. TO make this simpler, hit F11, go to the graphics tab and turn off Post Processing Effects. Then, keep your title window open to the drunkard title.

Thanks SithLord, that makes sense now.. Too bad I just misused some of my 5 minute drinks.

Also, you could just drink up to level 5 (via 5 lvl 1 drinks or 1 spiked nog/grog) and then drink 3 level 1 drinks every 3 miniutes (does the same as 1 every 1 minute, and I find is a bit less of a hassle).
